Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Felix Varela Sr. High Alumni Association website. By using this site, you agree to them.
About this site
This website is operated by the Felix Varela Sr. High Alumni Association INC, an independent, alumni-run nonprofit organization. It is not an official page of Felix Varela Senior High School or Miami-Dade County Public Schools, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by either.
Using the site
You're welcome to browse the site, read about the association, and use the forms provided to get involved, join the class directory, or make a donation. Content on this site is for personal, non-commercial use — please don't copy, scrape, or redistribute it without asking us first.
Information you submit
When you fill out a form on this site — to join the network, register for the class directory, sponsor an event, or nominate an alum — you're giving us that information voluntarily so we can act on it. How we handle what you submit is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Donations and payments
Donations and ticket purchases made through this site are processed by third-party payment providers (such as PayPal). We don't collect or store your payment card details ourselves. The association is currently in the process of obtaining 501(c)(3) status — gifts made before approval aren't tax-deductible yet, but will become retroactively eligible once approved.
Links to other sites
This site links out to third-party services we don't control — Instagram, PayPal, LinkedIn, and similar. We aren't responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
No warranty
We do our best to keep this site accurate and up to date, but it's provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Dates, details, and class information may change — if you spot something wrong, please let us know.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site and association grow. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
