Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how it's used.
Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to give us through our forms — things like your name, class year, email address, phone number, and how you'd like to get involved (Get Involved, Class Directory, Sponsorship, or Nomination forms).
We also use Google Analytics, which automatically collects general usage data — pages visited, time on site, approximate location, and device/browser type — to help us understand how the site is used. See our Cookie Policy for details.
How we use your information
We use the contact information you submit only for the purposes of the alumni association: building and maintaining the class directory, reaching out about reunions, events, and volunteer or giving opportunities, and responding to your questions.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your information stays with the association and is used solely to support our alumni community.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics to track overall site traffic and behavior. This helps us see which pages are useful and where to improve. Analytics data is aggregated and doesn't identify you personally. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.
How we protect your information
We take reasonable steps to keep the information you share with us secure. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we don't share access to your information beyond what's needed to run the association.
Your choices
You can ask us to update your information, remove you from the class directory, or stop contacting you at any time — just email us and we'll take care of it.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for alumni and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as the association grows. We'll post the updated version here with a new effective date.
